Error description

  • Once upgraded to latest Windows 10 versions, it is sometimes
noticeable that splash screen does not appear first before the
RSA application launches.

Steps in launching RSA:
       1. Click/launch RSA eclipse.
       2. Workspace prompt appears.
       3. Splash screen containing version details of RSA/RTC
components appears. - not appearing
       4. RSA launches/starts.

  • The issue noticed was not reproducible on all the customer
machines but only on some specific machines, it was just
environment related issue, customer confirmed that it got
resolved after windows upgraded to newer build.
