Error description

• WebServer virtual host creation failure
  

Local fix

• When running the createSelfSignedCertificate command, do not
  specify the signatureAlgorithm nor certSize so that WAS will
  default to signature algorithm SHA256RSA and key size of 2048
  bits.

  Self signed certificates should be created using the default
  certSize.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes were made so that the default certSize is used when
  creating a web server virtual host.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
