PH28215: UNABLE REMOVE SELECTED COMPONENT FROM COMPONENT ENVIRONMENT PROPERTIES SELECTOR

Error description

• On an Environment's configuration page, when you select a
  component using the drop down to view a component's environment
  properties, you can't remove it from the drop down to get all
  the component properties back.  You can only choose a different
  component.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  ----------------------------------------------------------------
  1) Create at lease two components with Environment properties
  2) Add those components to an Application with an Environment
  3) Go to the Environment's Configuration => Environment
  Properties
  4) Select a component from Component Environment Properties
  
  ACTUAL RESULT: The "X" to remove the selected component is
  missing, and the component cannot be removed
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The "X", to remove the component is visible,
  and the selected component can be removed
