  This APAR introduces the Db2 REORG TABLESPACE utility support
  to invoke DFSORT with the IBM Integrated Accelerator for Z Sort
  feature available in the latest z15 main frame hardware and
  above.  This APAR enhancement is only applicable to the
  variable length data sort of the REORG TABLESPACE utility when
  the data records of the target table space are being sorted.
  This feature improves the CPU and elapsed time in the sort
  processing by DFSORT utilizing more in-memory sorting.
  
  Before this feature can be enabled on the Db2 REORG utility,
  user needs to apply DFSORT APAR PH03207 and enable the DFSORT
  Z Sort processing.  Please refer to the following link for

  After the Z Sort feature is enabled on DFSORT side, user would
  also need to enable the new Db2 subsystem parameter,
  UTILS_USE_ZSORT, introduced by this APAR to allow REORG
  TABLESPACE utility to take advantage of the DFSORT Z Sort
  processing.  This new subsystem parameter is added to DSN6SPRM,
  and it is defaulted to NO.  Note that while this subsystem
  parameter is defined generically for all utility usage, only
  the data sort of the REORG TABLESPACE utility is affected by
  this subsystem parameter at the time of this APAR.
  The UTILS_USE_ZSORT subsystem parameter specifies whether Db2
  utilities use the IBM Integrated Accelerator for Z Sort
  interface when invoking DFSORT for utility processing.
  However, the use of the integrated sort acceleration depends on
  other run-time variables and hardware.  The following values
  are supported:
  NO
    Db2 utilities do not use integrated sort acceleration when
    invoking DFSORT.
  YES
    Db2 utilities attempt to use the integrated sort acceleration
    if possible when invoking DFSORT.
