APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the File Manger Find/Change function (FCH), and
  input consists of concatenated load libraries which have
  blksizes in order of descending values, the following message is
  received:
  FMNBA331 Permanent I/O error on input ECB 00000000.
  

Local fix

• workarounds:
   - Use the same blocksize for all load libraries
  in the concatenation, or
   - concatenate load libraries with
  blksizes in ascending order (smallest blksize first)
