Error description

• The IBM ClearCase / Cadence Virtuoso integration allows a user
  to perform SCM operations in both the "Library Manager" and in
  the editor itself. If a user uses the library manager to check
  in a schematic that is currently being edited, changes in hte
  schematic editor can be lost.
