  *                 using a Fourier algorithm.                   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Fourier algorithm is not available  *
  *                      in IBM Z Performance and Capacity       *
  *                      Analytics.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The Fourier algorithm is not provided as an option with the
  Forecast module.
  
  Problem Conclusion
  
  IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics is enhanced to
  provide the Fourier algorithm as an option when forecasts
  are run.
  
  The following new configuration files are provided as default
  forecasts:
  FC_CPU_LPAR_H_3M_FOURIER
  PFC_CPU_LPAR_H_3M_FOURIER
  
  These can be changed as per user requirements.
  
  The Capacity Planning Guide and Reference is updated to reflect
  this new functionality.
