APAR status

Error description

  • When a user tries to access the Work Items page they get the
    following error message: "Cannot forward after response has been
    committed An error has occurred."
    
    The server log contains a NullPointerException.
    

Local fix

  • To work around the issue, approve the manual task by browsing to
    the running application process.
