PH27650: SHOW RPL content and stop with ABENDU1205 in case of GET on a LDS with return code 8 and reason code x'78'

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• (HPU 5.1 only) Db2 HPU very rarely and intermittently fails
  after having received a completion code of 8 and a reason code
  of x'78 from a GET when reading the data from the LDS of a Db2
  object. As such an error - described by PH23039 - cannot be
  recreated, for easier troubleshooting, Db2 HPU should write more
   detailed diagnosis information (RPL) to a SYSnnnn SYSOUT
  dataset and stop with an ABENDU1205 whenever such an error
  occurs.
