Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1. Possible incorrect LOADFILE when running on General report
  data.
  2. Possible incorrect JCL generation out of ISPF when requesting
  header column reordering for LOADFILE
  3. Possible ALAA573W when using SYSLGRNX on Db2 V12 and the log
  with end span portion of log record is bypassed.
  4. Possible incorrect S0C7 when the dictionary is picked up from
  the log
  5. Possible S0C4 in ALAGLOAD when table versioning occurred for
  DECIMAL column.
  6. Possible ALAA573W when BSDS for non data sharing environment
  has member ID not equal 0.
  7. Possible hang when using option "Resolve started UOWs = Y".
  8. Possible S0C1 in ALASUBG when the product rereads the BSDS in
  the run.
