PH27393: CUSTOM GRID TEMPLATE NOT HONORED WHILE CREATING GRIDS FROM REST API

Error description

• When configuring XSLD 8.6.1 via REST API, you can define the
  timeToLive parameter in the *.json file.
  
  If this parameter is
  not present in the json file, XSLD should take the TTL default
  from the template, but it doesn't.

  For custom grid created using REST API if parameters are not
  provided in input json, instead of taking the input parameters
  from grid template, default values are used.
  For example, TTL may default to 0 seconds even if the Grid
  template has customzied it.
  

Problem conclusion

• XSLD code has been fixed to correctly update the custom grid
  properties.
