  An ABEND0C4 occurred in module bbgoereg in bbooereg.cpp's
  deregisterWorkUnit routine referencing the regtok parameter.
  The regtok parameter value was NULL. The ABENDS0C4 occurred in
  the JNI routine GetByteArrayRegion.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been added to check for NULL parameters in the native
  part bbooereg.cpp.  If a NULL parameter is detected a
  java/lang/IllegalArgumentException will be returned to the java
  caller.  Also, code was modified in the java invoking code to
  not make the native call without a valid regtok parameter.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.19 and 9.0.5.6. For more information, see 'Recommended
