PH27363: DLI CALLS WILL NOT ACTIVATE POLICIES INTERMITTANTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When DLI calls are performed while no policies are installed,
  any subsequent DLI calls performed after a policy is installed,
  will not activate the policy in the IMS Online Subsystem.
  This APAR will also correct a potential S0C4 due to an
  addressing mode problem (AMODE 31when AMODE 64 is needed) when
  checking the status of the Dynamic Save areas.
