Error description

• DR preparation does not set SPANNED attribute of original RECON
  data set.

  If local RECON VSAM data set has SPANNED attribute, DR
  preparation job doss not set SPANNED attribute on DEFINE
  CLUSTER statement in ssidALLR member of DR PDS. Then, RECON
  data set allocation fails on disaster recovery.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program logic error is fixed.
