Error description
This release includes the following improvement: 1. Add capability to disable the editing of some fields in the "User Settings" panel. 2. Add an informational message when the field Reset confirmation prompts is set to Yes in the "User Settings" panel and user exits from this panel with saving changes. 3. "CC" command does not work correctly in ETI$EDIT panel when using "A" option in the first row above the copy command.

Added informational message "ETI609I - Reset confirmation prompts was done" when the field "Reset confirmation prompts" is set to Yes in the "User Settings" panel and user exits from this panel with saving changes. The first line of the copy block is copied several times when using option "A" to the first line above the block of the copy command in ETI$EDIT panel.
