• A TS REORG will fail with RC=8 and message DSNU1371I when
  specifying "U" in Profile field and "Y" in Index All field
  on panel HAA$USTT.
  The fix will disallow "U" option for Profile field when Index
  All field = "Y" on panel HAA$USTT.
