• PROBLEM STATEMENT

  User drop-down list on the page Reports > Deployment >
  Deployment Detail
  does not populate for the user without "Manage Security"
  or "Add Team Members" permission
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  ----------------------------------------------------------------
  -------------------------------------
  1) Have a technical user with limited permissions - make sure
  the user does not have "Manage Security" or "Add Team Members"
  permission under browser UCD Settings > Role Configuration >
  selected role > Server Configuration in the second left menu >
  "Manage Security"
  
  2) Login with the user and go to browser UCD menu Reports >
  Deployment > Deployment Detail
  
  3) Attempt to open drop-down list for Users on the deployment
  detail report
  
  ACTUAL RESULT: observe the list does not populate and is empty.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Show at least the current user in the list
