PH27018: UPGRADING WINDOWS AGENTS FROM A LINUX SERVER CHANGES THE AGENT JAVA_HOME FORMAT FROM WINDOWS TO LINUX

Error description

• Updating a Windows Agent from a Linux or Unix Server , the
  JAVA_HOME value on the Agent is converted to Unix format in both
  the agent.com and configure-agent.cmd files.
  
  Example:
  Before upgrade "C:\PROGRA~1\Java\jre1.8.0_191"
  After upgrade: "C:/PROGRA~1/Java/jre1.8.0_191"
  
  The Agent will no longer start and has the error -
  ERROR: JAVA_HOME is set to an invalid directory:
  C:/PROGRA~1/Java/jre1.8.0_191
  Please set the JAVA_HOME variable in your environment
  to match the location of your Java installation.
  

Local fix

• Manually edit the value tor JAVA_HOME in both the agent.com and
  configure-agent.cmd files.
