Error description

• Information from the 2016 Preventive Service Planning "bucket"
  found at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/5971930 was not
  added to the documentation, specifically the item:
  2. 18/03/16 The HPU v5.1 User Guide did not provide the
  following details regarding the "PARMLIB library (INZPLIB/INFPLI
  B)" in "Table 35. Template names and description".
  "Defines the dsname of the Db2 HPU PARMLIB to the load modules.
  Create a new PDS, SINZPARM, with DCB RECFM=FB and LRECL=80."
  

Local fix

• Manually define the dataset as per the PSP instructions.
