August 2020 Maintenance Update.
Incorrect display of Total CP CPU Time, Class3 Wait Time,
Class3 Wait Time current and WorkFile block on Q-All+Idle/ZTDTL
screen if thread elapsed time is zero.

Changed the code to display correct values for Total CP CPU
Time, Class3 Wait Time, Class3 Wait Time current and WorkFile
block on Q-All+Idle/ZTDTL screen
