PH26700: ADMIN TOOL ERRONEOUSLY IGNORES IMSPLEX= KEYWORD IN DFSDF MEMBER

Error description

• When IMSPLEX=keyword is defined before a comment in the
  COMMON_SERVICE_LAYER section of the DFSDF member, Admin Tool
  erroneously ignores IMSPLEX= keyword and does not get the
  name. With the defect, IMS Administration Tool cannot issue IMS
  commands.

  When a keyword is defined before a comment in
  COMMON_SERVICE_LAYER section of DFSDF member, Administration
  Tool erroneously recognizes the keyword is included in the
  comment and ignores the keyword. As the result, the keyword is
  not discovered.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been fixed to parse both a keyword
  and a comment correctly in COMMON_SERVICE_LAYER section of DFSDF
  member.
