The IMS Database Prereorganization utility, DFSURPR0, still requires IMS DD statement (for DBDLIB) in JCL with mACBS enabled. IEC130I IMS DD STATEMENT MISSING Followed by ABENDU0206. This requires maintaining DBDLIB after conversion to DDL.

Problem conclusion
Database Prereorganization Utility, Prefix Update Utility, and HISAM Unload/Reload Utility all will use Catalog API to read the DBD from the IMS catalog directory utility has been modified to use Catalog API to retrieve DBD resource information. The utilities use catalog directory by DFSDF region controller parameter or DFS3CDX0 user exit. DFSURPR0 was changed to handle resources stored in the IMS Catalog Directory. DFSURGP0 was changed to handle resources stored in the IMS Catalog Directory. DFSURRL0 was changed to handle resources stored in the IMS Catalog Directory. DFSURUL0 was changed to handle resources stored in the IMS Catalog Directory. DFS3CQ20 was changed to generate output even when DCPLRC_INVSEG is encountered. DFSPCC30 was changed to handle resources stored in the IMS Catalog Directory. DFSUCAT was changed to handle Catalog API Get request. DFS3ACH was changed to hold a Catalog API load module entry. DFSDLB00 was recompiled due to the dependencies. DFSDLB10 was recompiled due to the dependencies. DFSDLB20 was recompiled due to the dependencies. DFSDLB30 was recompiled due to the dependencies.
