PH26602: OBJECT COMPARE DROP COLUMN TABLE WITH TRIGGER ADB7192I ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN RESTRICT STATEMENT REASON CODE 1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a column is to be dropped from a table with a trigger, Object
  Compare attempts to ALTER the table before dropping the trigger.
  This results in the following message:
  
  ADB7192I  ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN RESTRICT statement cannot be
  generated for table >table_name<.  Reason code 1..
  
  Reason code 1 indicates that there are triggers defined on the
  table (https://ibm.biz/BdqeDa)
  
  
  With this fix applied, Object Compare will drop the trigger
  first, execute the ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN statement, and then
  recreate the trigger.
