Error description

• When installing UCD or while migrating database from derby to
  any other database using migrate-database.sh script, database
  password is not masked and shown in plain text on the console.
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  A.UCD installation:
  A.1 Run the UCD install script and when prompted to  "Enter the
  database password", you will see the password in plain text on
  the console.
  
  B. Reproducing during database migrations
  B.1) Install UCD choosing derby as DB
  B.2) Follow the steps to migrate the database

  When you run migrate-database.sh, you'll be prompted to provide
  the database password and you'll see it on the console when you
