Error description

• Db2 HPU supports logical unload involving TIMESTAMP WITH TIME
  ZONE data only in SQL mode.
  Db2 HPU should support such logical unloads in native mode as
  well provided:
  no data type conversion from a TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE data to
  another data type (including TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data types
  with different precision) is needed
  no TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE columns is involved in an ORDER
  clause
