Error description

  • You see lots of these messages per second
    .
    DFHAP0001 applid
An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred at offset X'00000822' in
    module DFHZNAC
    .
The cause of the 0C4 is that field TCTVSRQ is
00000000 . It should always be either the address of a TCTTE or
    FFFFFFFF .
    .
You also notice that there is more than 1 CSNE
    task active .
    .
Earlier in this run of CICS a CSNE transaction
got abendAXSB in program DFHXMAB . Here is an example of
    that:
    .
DFHAC2236 date time applid Transaction CSNE
abend AXSB in program DFHXMAB term termid. Updates to local
recoverable resources will be backed out.
    .
    The abendAXSB
happened because a terminal user logged on to CICS and
mistakenly typed in and tried to run transaction CSNE .
