Error description

  • Installing Synergy 7.2.2 on Linux leaves 314 files under
$CCM_HOME/jre and $CCM_HOME/jetty owned by UID 503. These file
should have ownership set to ccm_root explicitly.

Further, installation leaves 3918 files under $CCM_HOME owned by
UID and GID 65534, which is user and group 'nfsnobody' on many
    systems.

Local fix

  • Manually change ownership of file owned by UID to 'ccm_root'.
Manually change user and group owner of files and dirs owned by
    nfsnobody to 'informix'
