• LDAPTestQuery tool is not honoring dynamically updated SSL
  settings set at test query tool

  The problem is because when we are running the tool we are
  using the SSL Config that is defined at Cell Level
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was reviewed and updated so that the correct SSL
  Settings
  are picked up when using the LdapTestQueryTool
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.19 and 9.0.5.6. For more information, see 'Recommended
