PH26300: FTPS SENDS PROTOCOL MESSAGES IN EBCDIC ON ZOS SYSTEMS

Error description

• When using the FileInput, FileRead or FileOutput Nodes with
  FTPS some of teh emssages in the secure connection negotiation
  sequence are sent in an EBCDIC code page instead of
  ASCII.
  
  This can cause the remote server to fail to respond to
  the connection request.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Problem conclusion

• The File Nodes have been modified such that the messages are
  correctly sent in an ASCII compatible code page, even on EBCDIC
  systems.
