Error description

  • After having applied ptf UI67368 (PH17642), bundles, once more,
    installed in a Disabled state.
At the time of the problem, they got messages like:
    CWWKE0701E: [com.ibm.cics.wlp.bundlepart.impl]
    [CICSLibertyBundlepartControllerImpl] @Error:
installBundlepart() - Write failed for target file xxxx

Initially the bundle fails to install because the bundle source
files are not owned by the CICS STC user ID and it still has the
error writing to the installedApps directory.

The ownership of all files and sub-directories in the bundledir
was changed to the CICS STC user ID and the bundle
    re-installed successfully.
