APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After issuing a 'STOP' command to the server, a loop can occur
  during cleanup preventing the server from shutting down.
  

Local fix

• Cancel the server address space.

  A coding error traversing a linked list in ARGZ31OS used the
  wrong variable, leading to a loop.
  

Problem conclusion

• ARGZ31OS is changed to use the correct variable.
