Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PI 3412 trace entries produced despite  *
  *                      PI level 2 tracing being disabled.      *
  ****************************************************************
  The native (non-Java) JSON transformation logic in DFHPIJP1 is
  called to parse JSON.  This could be the result of:
   - an HTTP request to a JSON web service hosted in CICS
   - a LINK to the DFHJSON linkable interface
   - an EXEC CICS TRANSFORM JSONTODATA
   - a Node.js application using the ibm-node-api module to make
     a call to a JSON web service hosted in CICS
  
  Despite PI level 2 tracing being disabled DFHPIJP1 produces a PI
  3412 trace entry during JSON parsing.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHPIJP1 has been changed so that PI 3412 trace entries are only
  written when PI level 2 tracing is enabled.
