  When using script (DynamicClusterConfigManager MBean) to update
  min/max instances of a dynamic cluster, it does not update
  min/max node as is the case with Administrative console.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes were made to update the corresponding values for
  minimum/maximum nodes to reflect the changes to minimum/maximum
  instances when the user updates the dynamic cluster instances
  using the DynamicClusterConfigManager MBean interface. These
  changes makes the DynamicClusterConfigManager MBean interface
  consistent with the Administrative console.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  packs 8.5.5.18 and 9.0.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
