  *                      due to invalid RUNSTATS syntax with     *
  *                      extra double quotes around the table    *
  *                      schema.                                 *

  Running the ALT function on table SYSIBM.DSNRLST01 to change a
  column type creates an invalid WSL that fails, because the
  RUNSTATS syntax is incorrect.
  
  Extra double quotes are generated for the table schema, as
  indicated in the following error:
