  1. ABEND0C4-0004 in CQCMESC5 when QM is monitoring a large
  volume of distributed threads.
  2. The assembly of CQCISMPX inserted 6 slack bytes of X'00' at
  offset '3BBA' in CQCISMPX, which results in ABEND0C1, which can
  lead to Db2 abends.
  3. ABEND0C4-0011 during shutdown of CQM under stress workload
  due to access to already freed memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. QM cleanup code was enhanced to free QM resources for
  distributed threads in a synchronous (in-line) fashion.
  2. Logic was changed to take into account the way assembler
  compiler works.
  3. The way to keep addresses of work areas was changed.
