Error description

  • Description:
When OpenPages base currency is set as PEN, the initial value
for any currency field can be saved as PEN or any other enabled
currency. If a non-PEN currency is selected, it becomes
impossible to change the value back to PEN on later edits. Any
other currency will still work, but PEN will not be available to
    select.

This happens in both standard and task focused user interface
    (TFUI).

    Workaround:
Use FastMap to set the code back to PEN.

    Prerequisites:
    A)	OpenPages with solutions installed and currency base
    configured as PEN

    B)	OpenPagesAdministrator using OpenPages Modules Master profile

    C)	Create a custom view for Business Entity
    1.	Log into OpenPages as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	At right-top side, click the cogwheel icon and then click
    Manage Views
    3.	Click Add New, set as follows and then click Add
?	Tick Use as default view for this object type for all profiles
?	Object type = Business Entity
?	Name = BE Task View
    ?	Type = Task
?	Copy from view = Detail
    4.	Check the field Risk Appetite is inside Risk Management
    section and then click Publish

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1.	Log into OpenPages as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	At left-top side, click the primary menu icon > Organization
    > Business Entities
    3.	Click Add New, set BE01 as name and click Save
    4.	Scroll down to Risk Management section and click Risk
    Appetite field
    5.	Notice PEN is selected by default, enter 100 and click Save
    6.	Click again Risk Appetite field, change code to USD and click
    Save
    7.	Click again Risk Appetite field, notice PEN is no more listed
as an option for the currency code

    Expected Results:
It should be permitted to set the currency field back to PEN iso
    code

    Actual Results:
Once another iso code is selected, PEN is no more available for
    the currency field
