Error description

• When using the RD line command on panel ADB21K to regenerate a
  DBRM to a USS path,  the bind of the DBRM may
  fail with the following error:

Problem summary

  *                 z/OS 'RD' option to regenerate               *
  *                 DBRMs.                                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DBRMs regenerated from Pure Query       *
  *                      and other distributed or SQLJ           *
  *                      packages may not be in the correct      *
  *                      format, resulting in various SQL        *
  *                      errors during the bind process.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Executing line command 'RD' on panel ADB21K and providing
  a USS path name as the DBRM file name may result in the
  creation of a DBRM in the wrong format. If the new DBRM
  is written to a USS file, it should be written in the long DBRM
  format. When binding the incorrectly formatted DBRM,
  message "DSNT231I DBRM is in an inconsistent state"
  may be issued.
