  At the end of DRF, if the termination process of Log Reader in
  FRXDRTH0 and it of DRF in FRXMSTR0 conflict, FRXRCTL0 may isuue
  an unexpected unnecessary BPEPOST.
  This unnecessary BPEPOST causes a mismatch on a series of
  WAIT/POST combinations that use the same ECB, causes a double
  POST on that ECB in FRXMSTR0, and ABENDs with U0384-00000007.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXRCTL0 is modified not to isuue unnecessary BPEPOST during DRF
  termination.
