Error description

• The VUM022/QSBUFNO and/or VUM038/QSSBUFNO parmlib parameters are
  unduly not listed in the 'PARAMETERS OVERRIDEN BY SYSIN OPTION'
  section of the DISPLAY_PARMLIB feature output although actually
  overridden by the QSAM-BUFFERS sysin option.
