PH24987: SQLCODE713 IF APPLCOMPAT REQUIRED THROUGH DB2 HPU LATER THAN DB2SUBSYSTEM APPLCOMPAT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Any unload fails after having report a SQLCODE=-713 error. This
  occurs if the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the Db2 subsystem level is V12 with function level 500 or
  higher
  - the application compatibility requested for the unload
  (specified through either the VUM036/APPLCOMP parmlib parameter
  or the APPLCOMPAT option) is higher than
  CURRENT_APPLICATION_COMPATIBILITY applicable at run time (this
  value is displayed by the INZI020I message)
  For example, the issue occurs if INZI020I displays APPLCOMPAT
  V12R1M500 and Db2 HPU with VUM036/APPLCOMP=V12R1M505.
  

Local fix

• modify the customization job related to the INZBIND template to
  add the APPLCOMPAT(max_hpu_level) option to the BIND command.
  Choose a value of max_hpu_level greater than or equal to the
  APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY requested through Db2 HPU. Submit the
  customization job.
