    ****************************************************************
This APAR provides fixes related to classic partitioned table
    spaces, tables and indexes.

    The following areas are changed:

    1. Alter (ALT):
Currently, insert partition is allowed for partitioned by
range (PBR) as well as classic partitioned (non UTS) tables,
via INS line command on panel ADB27CPV 'Alter Partitioned
Table'. Admin tool will now restrict insert partition
operation on a table in a classic partitioned tablespace, in
    line with Db2 behavior.
Below error message will be issued:
ADB33AE INSERT PARTITION operation is not allowed for table
    >table name< which is in a non-universal tablespace.

    2. Merge:
In classic partitioned tablespaces, when you call an ALT on a
table to add a partition in the end, it ends up with error:

ADB7955E ADBC024E - Unexpected catalog row on source file.
    Expected:RA found:TP

    3. Compare:
In classic partitioned tablespaces, when there is increase in
partitions from source to target and has associated index-based
partition with increase in partitions on source, generated
changes file in CMDELTA mode has missing tablespace definition
    with increased partitions.

When such change is registered and analyzed results in
    compare failure :

ADB7955E ADB2CMR Unable to drop partitioning index
because related tablespace definition was not found'.

Compare has been fixed to generate tablespace definition
with increased partitions in generated CMDELTA changes
    file.
