  Problem Description:
  Incorrect message structure in the COPARN message for EDIFD00B
  type tree.
  
  Platforms affected:

Problem conclusion

• The EDIFACT edifd00b.mtt type tree has been changed to support
  the following changes:
  
  Group 13 contains all the other groups until the group 20.
  In the type tree, the groups 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 are out of
  the group 13 loop.
  
  Group 4 must contain, NAD segment + Group 5 + RFF and DTM.
  In the type tree, the RFF and DTM are included in the group 5
  while they must be in the Group 4.
  
  Group 6 must contain, GID, HAN, FTX, RFF, PIA segments + Group 7
  + MEA and DIM.
  In the type tree, the MEA and DIM are included in the group 7
  while they must be in the Group 6.
  
  Group 15 must contain, DGS, FTX, MEA  segments + Group 16 + MOA,
  GOR, EQA, COD and HAN.
  In the type tree, the MOA, GOR, EQA, COD and HAN are included in
  the group 16 while they must be in the Group 15. We also miss
  the MEA segment.
  
  In the UNECE that the group 15 must contain, DGS, FTX, MEA
  segments + Group 16 + MOA, GOR, EQA, COD and HAN.
  In the type tree, the MOA, GOR, EQA, COD and HAN are included in
  the group 16 while they must be in the Group 15. We also miss
  the MEA segment.
