  This APAR enhances the LICON utility of the Integrity Checker
  utility to use IMS directory as input.
  
  User can specify IMS directory to create an RDE with INIT.DB
  command. The VERIFY.DB command also supports IMS directory as
  input to verify the ACBs in the IMS directory against the RDEs
  stored in the LICON data set.
