Error description

• This Roll-Up APAR fixes the following issues:
  1. HAA$JOPT: PF3 should be disallowed when an invalid value is
  encountered in some fields
  2. HAA$JPRU: While in VIEW mode, invalid line commands should
  be ignored when PF3 is entered
  3. Duplicate jobnames are possible in the generated JCL - along
  with possibility of last job not being generated
  4. HAAB061E issues with DSNACCOX IC exception when no INDEXES
  are specified in the object profiles
