Error description

• Currently, the org/jboss/as/server/main/modules.xml file is
  modified by ITCAM for J2EE configuration tool. In a read-only
  modules directory environment, this file cannot be modified. An
  alternate way needs to be provided for runtime resolution of
  javaee.api module that is added by ITCAM as a dependency in
  this file.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

  * Until ITCAM for J2EE 7.1.1.0.7 (Interim Fix 7), the
  * org/jboss/as/server/main/modules.xml file under the
  * modules directory is being modified.  If the client
  * has this directory in a read-only mode this
  * modification is not possible.  Also, the modules
  * directory can be specified outside of the regular
  * JBoss install directory and specified using -mp
  * qualifier.  This is not supported by ITCAM also.
