Error description
This release includes the following enhancements: 1. When subsystem cloning from a system level backup, Db2 Cloning Tool checks the BSDS and verifies that the SLB's ENDLRSN can be used for the cloning. 2. Db2 Cloning Tool Subsystem Cloning supports z/OS Remote Pair FlashCopy for XRC. 3. Db2 Cloning Tool Application Cloning supports separate calls of the log apply module in the target job to avoid memory shortage during processing large number of data sets. 4. When objects are excluded from application cloning during mismatch processing, Db2 Cloning Tool displays the reason for the exclusion of each object. 5. Db2 Cloning Tool supports Db2 version 12 with activated function level 507. 6. Db2 Cloning Tool Application Cloning identifies UNLOAD/LOAD set up errors early in the source job execution. 7. The Db2 Cloning Tool Subsystem Cloning COPY-BY-DS command allows the user to specify the VSAM cluster name with the RENAME-MASK parameter.
