Error description

  • If a user attempts to open a notebook in IE while their
    container is gone, they are faced with an error page saying
    "Cognos Analytics cannot reach the Jupyter Server".
    After the page is refreshed, everything works fine for as long
    as the container is alive. Once the container is shut down again
    and a new notebook is opened, the same problem occurs.
