  1. New QTXAPREC values were added in DB2 V11/12.
  All QTXAPREC descriptions were changed in DB2 V12.
  2. Description of ADRLFTYP field in PDB is not clear
  enough and is valid for DB2 V10 only.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Support correct description and processing of  QTXAPREC
  values in ACCOUNTING REPORT/TRACE depending on DB2 Version.
  2. Provide full description of QTXAPREC values
  in PDB field ADRLFTYP.
