Error description
The zelle payment is 'Delivered'. Bypassing the cancel in Shared Directory. This trace is written when FTM is trying to cancel the payment in EWS (CXCPaymentBean.cancelEWSPayment). The problem here is that FTM has already begun the cancellation process. Funds have already been reversed. The payment will be cancelled in FTM after this call. The problem here is that the cancel should not have been allowed because the payment had been delivered at EWS. We can't bypass the Shared Directory cancel and continue on with the rest of the cancellation. FTM already has a method for canCancelPayment that checks the FTM status before continuing on with the cancellation. FTM needs to do the same kind of EWS check (canCancelEWSPayment) to determine that the payment has not already been delivered.
