APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Customer changed the default IDAA trace location via //AQTDEF6
in their Stored Procedure JCL. It now should be pointing to a
larger ZFS. But Admin is over ruling the default trace
specification and using /tmp .  This causes the /tmp directory
to fill up.

Db2 Admin Tool is overriding the IDAA trace settings established
in member AQTDEF6 of the SAQTSAMP data set.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Db2 Admin Tool will no longer force the location of the IDAA
traceConfig parameter, so the setting established during IDAA
setup can be used.
